This page sets out the terms for the use of the Site offered by Dealzgreen Ltd and the Services we provide.

1. SOME BASICS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE

1.1. What this document is and who we are: You are reading a legal document which is the agreement between you, the Customer (referred to in this Agreement as “you” or “your”), and us. By using the Site or any of our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below (the “Agreement”).

We are Dealzgreen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15552871). Our registered office is at 513 The Kaizen, Birmingham Road, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 6BU. We refer to ourselves in this document as “Dealzgreen”, “we”, “us” or “our”, and we refer to ourselves and any affiliates or subsidiaries collectively as the “Dealzgreen Group”. We comply with applicable UK laws and regulations, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR), and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

1.2. What we do: We operate a platform (including this Site, our mobile applications, etc.) where we and other sellers (including our affiliates and partners) can list offers for vouchers, deals, goods, getaways and other products (collectively “Items”). Our platform helps facilitate transactions between sellers and customers.

1.3. Legal relationships: Each Item you purchase through the Site is sold by a seller under that seller’s own terms and conditions. Dealzgreen does not assume any responsibility for the contract between you and the Merchant when a Voucher is redeemed.

2. REGISTERING WITH US AND YOUR ACCOUNT

2.1. Why Register: Depending on the features of our Site at any given time, you may or may not need to register for an Account to access certain functionality. However, you must register to make a purchase (unless you use a guest checkout option, if available).

2.2. How to Register: To register an Account you need to provide your name, postal address, email address, and any other personal information we may require.

3. USER CONTENT

3.1. User Content: The Site may allow you and other users to submit or post content (“User Content”), such as reviews, opinions, advice, ratings, discussions, comments, messages, survey responses, and other communications, as well as files, images, photographs, videos, sound recordings and other media.

3.2. Creator of User Content: By submitting any User Content, you represent and warrant that you are the creator and owner of that User Content (or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from the creator to submit it).

4. STANDARDS AND DEALZGREEN’S LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1. The standards we operate under: Dealzgreen will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its Services, and will comply with any relevant standards of professional diligence that apply.

5. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

5.1. Accurate information: You warrant that all information you provide during registration and in your Account is true, complete and accurate. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes.

5.3. Prohibited activities: You agree not to use (or allow anyone else to use) the Services or the Site to upload, send or receive any material that is harassing, harmful, tortious, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6. RULES ABOUT USE OF THE SERVICES AND THE SITE

6.1. Errors and omissions: We do not guarantee that all content on the Site (including any vouchers, items, or service details) is error-free or complete. We will use reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions when we become aware of them.

7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

7.1. Suspension of access: If you (or anyone using your Account) use the Site or Services in breach of these Terms, we may suspend your access to all or part of the Site and/or Services.

8. DATA PROTECTION

8.1. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR). Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (which form part of this Agreement) explain how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

9. ADVERTISEMENTS

9.1. Advertisements: Any advertisements displayed on the Site may be delivered by third-party advertisers. These third parties may place or recognise cookies or similar tracking technologies in your browser.

10. LINKS TO AND FROM OTHER SITES

10.1. Links to Third-Party Sites: The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources (“Other Sites”) for your convenience. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the content, policies or practices of those Other Sites.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11.1. Licence to the Site: Dealzgreen and all content on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Dealzgreen grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services.

12. GENERAL

12.1. Interpretation: In this Agreement: references to “persons” includes individuals, partnerships, corporations and other legal entities; section headings and titles are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

13. DEFINITIONS

“Account” means your Dealzgreen account on the Site.
“Merchant” means a business or individual offering goods or services for which a Voucher may be redeemed.
“Voucher” means a coupon or electronic voucher issued by a Seller that can be exchanged for goods or services from a Merchant.
